Software Solutions Sales Specialist (all genders)

Your role: As a Software Solution Sales Specialist, you will sell our retrosynthesis software solution on the assigned territory and will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline in the assigned territory. You will negotiate and close contracts for new sales, collaborate with larger corporate sales force by assisting, training, and motivating them in generating leads and partnering with them to close deals.

You will proactively contact customers/accounts, perform needs assessment, effectively position and demonstrate the value of the software to the customers.

The candidate can be home-based located in Germany, BENELUX, or France.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree. Educational or work backgrounds in organic, computational, or process chemistry is preferred
  • 3+ years of selling software to Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or academic customers in EU
  • Have > € 100K of annual software sales
  • Fluency in English. 2nd language is a must (German or French)
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Frequent post-covid travel required (up to 40%)
