As a member of our European Competence Center for Brand Design (“ECC Brand Factory”) your task is to support all national marketing and comms teams in the Region Europe with on demand creation of marketing materials, and to develop creative solutions for pan-European campaigns, all within our global Corporate Design framework. The nature of your job profile is twofold: You will act as a project manager who is handling the design tasks in terms of organizational processing and working with an agency, but you will also implement design tasks yourself as a Graphic Designer.Main tasks and responsibilities:
•Organize and manage the various projects of the ECC Brand Factory:•Working closely with the local European marketing teams and create graphic material for their specific initiatives and projects including but not limited to print and digital assets like brochures, graphics, presentations, templates, and much more•Briefing and coordination of various external agencies •Localize graphical campaign assets created by the ECC Brand Factory for the whole Region Europe•Supervise the consistent implementation of the global corporate brand guidelines across Europe while working closely with cross-functional teams and the businesses fulfill concrete marketing and sales needs•Foster an understanding of the corporate design and best practices through active pan-European knowledge management•Project management of large campaigns as well as minor design projects
•Strong Graphic design background/training, Adobe Creative Cloud with specific focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and in addition of Microsoft PowerPoint•Strong background in practically working with global corporate design guidelines•Good knowledge and feeling for design•Basic copywriting skills are a plus•Experience in working in or with agencies•Strong team-, and communication skills•Well-structured work approach, good organizational- and coordinative capabilities •Experience in classic and digital B2B-marketing management, possibly with a focus on logistics•Experience in working a pan-European, corporate environment •Fluent in English and German is a must for this position
