Your tasks:
  • Clearly responsible to deliver the global initiative of HCM implementation, HR transformation (process, train, and services) and related projects within the scope of HCM e.g. Payroll, Document management, Case management, portal etc.
  • Accountable to direct, coordinate, implement, execute, control, track KPIs and complete assigned projects. Provide professional stakeholder management, communication, and reporting
  • Chair Steering committees and facilitate key decisions and get buy in where required. Oversee financial management and successful delivery of the program’s deliverable
  • Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and adherence to quality standards and project management best practices
  • Manages the delivery team(Vendor, IT and HR) across regions and empower them to deliver on time and on budget with quality
  • Manages the full project delivery lifecycle from initiation through to production deployment and transition to managed services where required. Creates and manages the resourcing, quality of delivery and budget including tracking in terms of scope, budget, and timelines
  • Plan, control and communicate the progress of the projects under management, achieving milestones. Develops, manages, and maintains a detailed delivery schedule to support on time delivery and effective team management (internal and external)
  • Effective and transparent management of stakeholders and delivery team expectations, maintaining synchronicity and ensuring every party is on the same page. This includes continuously reinforcing individual team members’ responsibilities, project governance and risk management and mitigation actions
  • Manage the sign-off of key milestones and deliverable since inceptions stages, taking ownership of all the activities intended to maintain projects on track (reporting, meetings, health checks, change requests, UST, go live etc.)
  • Proactively manage all aspects of the project by identifying and managing to resolution in a timely manner any project issues and able to effectively mitigate delivery and stakeholder’s engagement risks
  • Serves as the first point of contact for our delivery engagements and can develop positive engagement with the stakeholders
  • Identifies and documents Scope changes for Change Request/Change Order documentation and approval management
  • Contribute to enhancement of the Project Management practice and its tools, processes, and capabilities. Support team members with best practice contributions throughout the project
Your profile:
  • Qualified and experienced SAFe(Scaled Agile framework) agilist/ practioner is highly appreciated
  • Several years of complex global HR project delivery experience
  • Essential certification in PMI/PMP, agile scrum and deep expertise in project management in a complex software implementation environment in the HCM space. Skilled in SaaS technology solution deployment coupled with business acumen
  • Advance experience in project schedule development utilizing recognized scheduling tools
  • Completion of multiple HCM (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or related projects with depth knowledge with demonstrable robust understanding of common software implementation methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR industry best practices and project management domain discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in effective test execution and management
  • Understanding of effective methods for user enablement and adoption of systems (change enablement)
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive insight into problems and complex situations
  • Identifies key factors that influence the viability of different solutions & clarifies information to solve problem
  • Strong organizational, planning, management skills and managing priorities
  • Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations; keeps meetings clearly focused on the agenda
  • Decision quality & critical thinking – considers problems from a range of viewpoints, evaluate long-term consequences and implications associated with actions/events; sees relationships between diverse systems, organizations, or environments
  • Strong ability in setting strategic vision by driving continuous improvement, evaluating / implementing ideas and resolving conflict
  • Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise
  • Ability to work in teams and independently, instills trust, values differences, develops talent
  • Strong partnership and collaboration with delivery team and stakeholders, establish openness and transparency with diverse/virtual team and ability to influence others
  • Ensures accountability – follows through on commitments consistently and is credible with senior leaders. Do what you say will do
  • Courage – face setbacks, assess deal breaker or whether it can be managed, crucial for managing change. If yes, must be resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Manages conflict -mediator of conflicts in opinions, ideas, thoughts, and actions which is bound to arise with any change bring forth great conflicts
