Partner, Business Development and Sales Manager/3D-Printing (*)

Ihre AufgabenIhre AufgabenYour tasks:
  • Proactive identification of target customers, organization, and execution of sales meetings
  • Build up and maintain the revenue pipeline to ensure profitable growth
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and related concepts, foster alliances with potential new types of industry partners to improve and expand our service
  • Promote the existing product portfolio and expand our portfolio beyond the current product offerings and customer segments and work with the organization's KAM/Sales teams to identify and engage with relevant existing customers
  • Develop the product strategy and business model based on customer and business requirements as well as market opportunities together with the project team
  • Develop, manage and grow our partner network of 3D-Printing Providers, provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of partner activities
  • Monitoring of market trends, derivation of business opportunities and integration into product/business model development as well as full responsibility for the development and implementation of the 3D-Printing Service (incl. planning and monitoring of budget and resources) together with a small, agile and self-responsible team
AnforderungenAnforderungenYour profile:
  • Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, enthusiasm for getting things done in a small start-up like team
  • Demonstrated experience in a partner management or supplier relationship management role or demonstrated experience in a sales or similar role with a focus on new business development; proven sales track record of gaining new business
  • Excellent relationship building skills, identifying new business opportunities and ability to close successfully as well as knowledge of the 3D-Printing market landscape, technology and trends is a plus
  • You have outstanding analytical skills and you find it easy to convert findings into action plans, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-cultural context
  • Being resourceful, taking charge and holding others as well as yourself accountable as well as excellent organisational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts
  • Supply chain knowledge, familiar with manufacturing, freight forwarding and warehousing processes and systems as well as excellent English, both written and spoken

To scale our new business model 3D-Printing Services we are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Partner, Business Development and Sales Manager with founder mentality in one person!

If partner and relationship management, business development and technical sales activities are already part of your professional reality, if you might be familiar with the 3D-Printing market landscape and can build on an existing network in the industry, you are our ideal candidate.

Together with a small, agile and self-organized team, you will build, roll out and later on operate and expand our 3D-Printing Service. You will be responsible for acquisition, setup, management and operation of customers, partners and networks with the suppliers for our 3D-Printing Service. You observe market and technology trends and convert them into new business opportunities. Consequently, you manage the sales pipeline.
