Amazon’s European Fashion team is seeking a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will be part of the central EU Fashion Operations team with close interactions to our fashion categories, internal and external pan EU teams and global stakeholders. The role is based in Munich or London.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to improve Softlines Supply Chain Programs with the aim to improve the availability for customers and cost structure for shareholder. Your work includes establishing long-term strategies for our business unit and the interaction with external companies / partners.

You will continuously focus and partner with teams to improve the features and adoption of our Supply Chain Programs. You will propose recommended solutions to complex challenges, partner with external companies to onboard them on new programs and deliver timely, relevant updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Your Responsibilities:
You will contribute to build the future of Amazon Fashion in Europe, by identifying and managing operational Projects. Key role facts are:
· Member of the central Amazon EU Fashion Operations team with focus to drive Supply Chain Programs.
· Work with multiple European teams to accelerate the features and adoption of our Supply Chain Programs, that includes (but is not limited) to FBA, SCOT, GTS, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Execution, External companies, Customer Service, Technology, Finance and Category teams
· Build WW pilots that will accelerate Softlines Availability and convenience (The sky is the limit for you, can be 2-4 hour delivery slots in all European metros, delivery options in shopping malls / stores, or any other idea that will help Fashion customers to access their products faster)
· Develop and maintain strong communication processes and ensure streamlined communication across the different countries / stakeholders
· Identify process defects and drive large size projects to improve customers Availability, Speed, Quality and/or operational costs.
· Help develop Supply Chain Programs by creating insights (e.g Competitor benchmarking)
· Partner with central teams to further improve and automate our operational reporting


For this position we expect:
· Bachelor Degree, or equivalent, and proven management level experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail or logistics provider (3PL) environment in an international, fast paced company
· Strong analytical and technical ability including creative problem solving
· Cross-functional international project management capability. Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
· Experience in business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and high level of attention to details
· Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written.
· Advanced in Excel and experienced in programming (SQL; c++)

Further Qualifications would be a plus:
· Master degree / diploma in Supply Chain, Science or Engineering is preferred
· Third language skills in German, Italian, Spanish and/or French
· Certifications & Mentorship in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or in LEAN
· Technical Expertise (IT, ERP systems, WMS, Database solutions) with solution-driven approach to systems & processes
