Head of Leadership & Organizational Development (all genders)

Your role: We are offering an exciting opportunity as Head of Leadership and Organizational Development. In this role, you work closely with the People Board (HR LT) and help to translate strategic priorities into leadership and cultural drivers taking a systemic perspective. This includes design, maintenance and enabling the use of state of the art organizational solutions to embed required leadership behaviors and change in the organization to achieve and measure tangible impact. Your impact will be visible in improvement of relevant strategic KPIs such as employee engagement scores. You will join the Innovation HR Talent Leadership team and will be leading a team of experts who trend scout, design and maintain solutions on Leadership and Organizational Development focused on cultural change. As Global Solution owner for all assessment, coaching and leadership program solutions you will enable impactful delivery across multiple channels in the organization. The Head of Leadership and Organizational Development also aligns and actively shapes collaboration with Performance Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Market and Sector HR interfaces to drive cross-functional exchange and projects on advancing our company's leadership culture and supporting business transformation.

Who you are:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other HR related fields
  • 7+ years relevant experience in a global matrix organization
  • Deep experience in analyzing and creating future-oriented leadership and cultural change solutions
  • Strong business acumen, drive and agility; strong communication, presentation and project management skills ideally focusing on Talent Management and People Development
  • Strong analytical and conceptional thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to match business needs with HR deliverables
  • Ability to think outside the box and to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to drive results through strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, while working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in multiple functional areas to drive successful project implementation
  • Strong communication skills to senior management
  • Fluent in English and German
