  • Perform application testing and laboratory work on products to ensure that newly developed and commercial products perform effectively in customer applications and processes
  • Develop new test procedures in the lab
  • Perform complex, technical evaluations, write reports, and communicate results to Field Technical Customer Support or customers
  • Support customer visits and internal technical training initiatives for customers, sales, and distributors
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
  • Ideally five years of relevant work experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the adhesives industry
  • Experience working with complex laboratory equipment
  • Very good analytical skills to interpret results and derive appropriate next steps
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision and to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Fluent in German and English and very strong communication skills
