YOUR ROLE
  • Join the world’s largest adhesives and advanced materials producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • You will play a valuable role in Henkel Adhesive’s digital transformation towards a customer centric and data-driven organization. Together with the Global ABM Director of Henkel A and the rest of the team, you will transform the way we interact with our key industries and largest accounts. The goal is to increase Henkel A’s large-account business through building a world-class ABM (Account-Based Marketing) ecosystem which delivers an unrivalled end-to-end customer experience
  • You will be responsible for setting up and running ABM in one of the major Henkel Industrial Verticals, by working directly with the Global Key Account Ecosystem leader and an external agency
  • Reporting to the Global Key Account Ecosystem leader, you will be responsible for helping to build a new ecosystem to drive business and engage with our Key Accounts. The model developed in this pilot programme will then be taken to scale across the wider business
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing B2B (Automotive industry / Suppliers preferred)
  • Expertise and proven success in developing and deploying ABM strategies and supporting technology
  • Strong understanding and experience with Marketing & Lead Automation
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mind-set
  • Proficiency in English language - both spoken and written, German language skills would be a plus
