  • Hold global responsibility for Threat Management
  • Build capabilities that deliver best practices for early risk identification, intervention, and implementation of response protocols to reduce threat and workplace violence incidents and the severity of their impact
  • Analyze and evaluate perpetrator/victim behavior and communication with subsequent preparation
  • Assess threat situations from a security perspective to assist in advising (senior) management
  • Align with and support regional threat management teams and respective programs
  • Conduct threat assessments and respective threat case management
  • Create subject matter expertise to support regional security team in threat case management
  • Develop and provide guidance regarding deescalating communication strategies
  • Design, organize, and deliver effective awareness campaigns as well as trainings
  • Measure program effectiveness by developing key performance indicators
  • Participates fully in peer review, assessing the quality of professional threat management standards provided in the organization
  • Establish profound network and working relationship with internal and external stakeholder
  • Relevant Master's degree preferably in Psychology, Criminology or Law
  • Min. 5 years professional experience, thereof preferably a min. of 3 years in the private security sector or within a governmental body
  • Several years of professional experience in threat management or a field related to criminology
  • International experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Sound methodological skills, knowledge of statistics (MS Office, SPSS, or MS Excel)
  • Fluent English and German language skills
