Quality Engineer - Wiesbaden (all genders)

Your role:

This position is responsible for monitoring Wiesbaden Site Semiconductor quality performance and leading efforts toward continuous improvement based on regulatory frameworks such as ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 tools (Change Control, Deviation and Complaint management as well as the resulting corrective and preventive actions).

You will collaborate and coordinate responses to Customer Quality requests for the Semiconductor products produced in Wiesbaden. Additionally, you will facilitate Semiconductor Customer and Wiesbaden Site internal audits, including follow-up to action items.

LEAN Six Sigma practices to implement and improve Wiesbaden site quality standards and processes for the Semiconductor products and support root cause investigations for Wiesbaden site customer complaints and quality investigations will round up your responsibilities.

The Quality Engineer will support the Wiesbaden Site Quality Management System as well as automation and digitization activities on site.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or other technical disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years quality, manufacturing, or technical experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of statistical process control, root cause analysis and corrective action, problem solving, FMEAs, continuous improvement activities, management of change, and document control systems
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill is a must
  • Fluent German and English
