Join the HR team of DB Schenker Europe GmbH and take on an exciting and responsible role in HR project management in an international environment. We are looking for you at the next possible date.
You are an HR expert with deep IT knowledge. As a Senior HR IT Program / Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for the preparation and implementation of new HR IT (a new Payroll and a new Time & Attendance System) from a business perspective. In this extremely complex task you will focus first of all on the rollout for the German organisation, this will cover approximately 18,000 employees in several different legal entities, continuing on within region Europe.
Your comprehensive Responsibilities include in particular:•You have the overall responsibility for program planning including management of project risks and issues, as well as monitor of time, budget and quality•Your responsibilities also include ensuring that all business requirements, including legal requirements, are captured and put into the IT Blueprint•Furthermore, you have to setup and execute the DB Schenker internal steering committee and inform them with regular status reports•You are also responsible for the Business part of the implementation including planning, governance and alignment with the IT Project Manager and Service Provider•Your personality helps you to manage the relationships with internal stakeholders•If something doesn’t go according to plan, you are the escalation instance for all implementation related issues
Your Requirements:•You have minimum 8 years of Project Management experience – experience in the implementation of HR projects would be desirable •A Project Management certification is required (e.g. PMP)•You have already worked in a matrix organization•Dealing with high complexity is not a problem for you•Your language skills fluent German and English is a requirement for this position•You’ve got a hands-on-mentality•You confront conflicts constructively and solution-oriented and bring a high level of empathy•You are communicative, a team-player and show customer & service orientation•A global mindset is self-evident
