Radar System Architect (m/f/diverse)

Our projects shape the future of autonomous driving in a very dynamic environment. Here, the Radar System Architect is responsible to analyze stakeholder requirements and to provides analysis and system concepts (solution concepts) to occurring specific technical topics.

Further tasks are:
  • Responsible for the development of the System Architecture for our latest Radar Product Generation
  • Design and documentation of Radar Platform Architecture (functional, logical, physical), in close cooperation with other system engineers and the hardware and software domains
  • Modeling of a scalable radar system architecture with distributed functionality across the Advanced Driver Assistance System
  • Definition of interfaces between identified system components
  • Specification of the system requirements
  • Ensure the documentation of system requirements
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of system analyses
  • Ensuring traceability of the system requirements
  • Analysis and implementation of the change requests into the current project
  • Contribution to the creation of technical quote documentations and supports in the preparation of product cost estimations

Fähigkeiten

In this position you will highly interact with internal and external customers. You are already a good fit if you bring experience from an industrial environment where you clarified requirement in an R&D setup.

Additional qualification:
  • University degree in engineering, computer science, physics or similar areas
  • Several years of experience in the automotive area or comparable industries (aerospace, telecommunication)
  • Experience with automotive or similar processes (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262) is desired
  • Knowledge in systems engineering and experiences in the necessary tools (Rhapsody, DOORs, Matlab or similar)
  • Fluent german and english language skills (written and spoken)
  • Independent work and flexibility are prerequisite
  • Very good communication and goal-oriented work ethic
  • High level of commitment and motivation
