WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • For your friends and family, you are the first contact for technical problems
  • You are familiar with XML and CSV
  • Ideally, you already gained experience in the IT industry or in support and service processes, but career changers are welcome, too
  • You can quickly analyze and explain complicated issues
  • Flexible thinking is easy for you
  • Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud ticket system or similar would be an advantage
  • Patience is one of your virtues
  • You love to discover new technologies and programs
  • You can express yourself well in written and spoken form
  • You are a team player, communicative, and have good empathy for the customer
  • An exchange with brands and partners as well as with channels and marketplaces is equally interesting for you
  • There are no stupid questions for you because there is an answer for everything
  • You are fluent in German and English and you can communicate system-related and technically sophisticated analysis results in verbal or written form
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are the first point of contact for technical problems of customers or channels
  • After a short research, you can either solve the problem or pass it on to 2nd Level Support
  • You are responsible for customer communication. You accompany the customer until the problem is solved
  • You give the product management input for optimizations
  • You pay attention to monitoring and point out problems to customers or channels
  • You are the internal consultant and pay attention to a good knowledge transfer
