HR & Admin Assistant (M/F/D)

The HR & Admin Assistant will join the global HR Team at an important and exciting time for Tradebyte. This role will be pivotal in the provision of efficient and embedded processes that underpin employee engagement within a dynamic global environment. An ideal opportunity for a candidate with ambition to succeed in the area of HR.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years experience within HR and/or administration
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience preferential but not essential
  • Highly organised, with excellent administrative skills applied proactively and enthusiastically
  • Used to working as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to co-ordinate and engage with high level stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Process orientated with strong analytical skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Ensure the internal recruitment systems and databases are up to date
  • Support the HR Lead with HR administration i.e. creation of employee files and letters, employment contracts, new starter onboarding and orientation and exit interviews
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and other data entries into HRIS
  • Ownership for onboarding and offboarding our employees
  • Create and run reports, and analysis of core employee data
  • Be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to Tradebyte
  • Forge strong relationships with suppliers and own the facilities management of both the Cheltenham and London office
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organise company events, i.e staff parties, company updates, off-site meetings, team lunches
  • Complete supply orders (stationery, food, drinks, etc.) and ensure receptacles are fully stocked as required
  • Coordinate weekly fruit deliveries / monthly pizza deliveries
