  • Develop global category, innovation & brand strategy and projects to achieve profitable growth with the countries
  • Develop brand positioning, executional elements and guidelines to ensure consistent equity building
  • Lead the innovation pipeline: Create, develop and launch innovation for global assets, steering formula development with PD, packaging development, POS / Toolbox development)
  • Execute launch packages of category global assets
  • Initiate and drive relevant Cost of Good savings and complexity reduction activities
  • Monitor, performance benchmark and analyse developments in international markets to keep an eye on main objective: maximization of long-term profitability
  • Drive relevant marketing research
  • Support steering of category in close collaboration with active countries: analyse business performance, budget and competitors, monitor KPIs
  • Creates and initiates cross-border best practices and synergies
  • Support Manufacturing. Supply and sourcing footprint, key projects and mitigations
  • Support trademark protection
  • Participate, and or lead cross-category projects, lead multi-functional Project teams for development of product innovations and marketing tools
  • Initiate and analyse Market Research and benchmarking & bring recommendations for strategic top management decisions
  • Master degree in Marketing, Economics, International Management or other relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Marketing and Management B2B, preferably in an FMCG company and 2 years of international experience
  • Experience with trade / hardware and professional focused channels and the DIY channel focused on
    General craftsmen
  • Strong communication skills as well as leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and financial understanding
  • Ability to drive and influence without hierarchical authority
  • Very good digital acumen
  • Fluent English language skills, further language skills would be a plus
