Description

As part of the Inside Sales Team, you are responsible for our success and our customers. You will be required to sell my clients products, by telephone to new and existing customers from medium-sized companies. What we require from you, as an individual you will possess professional experience within telephone sales or have a great passion for sales – motivated newcomers without experience are welcome to apply.

Your tasks

  • You take responsibility for the care of your customer base through personal advice and support and are thus the single point of contact for your customers.
  • The acquisition of new contacts (acquisition of new customers) via telephone will be your goal in the development and expansion of your customer database.
  • You will independently create individual offers and track them to a successful conclusion.
  • After the customer order has been implemented in cooperation with the Customer Service Team, you will be required to proactively service long-term customer loyalty and identify further sales potential and upsell into existing client base.

Experience:

  • You bring existing experience within business-to-business.
  • You enjoy the professional sale of online products by phone.
  • Sales talent, communication skills and enthusiasm are your strengths.
  • You are determined and have the absolute will to determine your success through your performance.
