Execute ’IMPLEMENT’ in Region:
Organize & lead assigned project reviews covering the 8 project evaluation points at minimum.•Commercial•Facility•Staffing / HR•Budget•Solution Design•Implementation Plan•IT/IT Infra structure•IMPLEMENT CLDM compliance•IMPLEMENT Follow-up reviews•IMPLEMENT Project Review reporting
Support & Execute assigned Projects: •Overall project management for assigned projects who are equal or larger than the set revenue threshold or projects recognized as projects with strategic importance to the Region/DB Schenker. Responsible for the project deliverables in time & budget.
•Provide specified support to assigned projects which are equal or larger than the set revenue threshold or projects recognized as projects with strategic importance to the Region/DB Schenker. Responsible for the project support deliverables in time & budget.
Training, Deployment, Monitoring:•Active contribution in delivering the following within Region:•Developed IMPLEMENT modules, tools and templates.•CLDM compliance•Monitoring the deployment/progress & reporting accordingly.•Initiation of (new) training material and regional roll-out as per assignment
Competences:•He/she acts as a pro-active, positive, inspirational and constructive team member of the European CL community, both in the Regional office as well as towards all counterparts in the countries & clusters.•Participates in regular calls, meetings, face-to-face interactions with respective senior management in the RHO to raise awareness and advice innovations and excellence around PM methodology & PM Execution•Build a productive and effective working relationship within the assigned project organization as well as within the European project management team.•He/she is willing to travel international frequently.
Educational/ experience level:•Bachelor and/or Master degree in Logistics/Transportation•Six-Sigma Greenbelt or above / comparable level•Proven track record in (Implementation) Project management (minimum 2 years)•Excellent Language skills in English (verbal and written)•Additional Language skills (European) are preferable•Excellent Computer and software skills (MS Office, VISIO, MS project) at minimum. •Basic leadership skills
