Job overview:
This position will be responsible for the deployment of different systems required for the Air Freight sector in Europe. The main responsibilities are to support/consult and follow up with Cluster/countries on project management related tasks and business organizational related changes.
Main Responsibilities:
•Drive system standardization within an agile working environment•Support and Implement CMI – Change Management Initiative in target countries (incl. implementation of business process changes)•Initiate Kick-off with target countries •Support Pre-Deployment Assessment process (Preparation/Meeting/Minutes) •Acting as point of contact for target countries •Responsible for support and communication between all stakeholders involved in implementation •Collect and streamline regional change request towards the global organization •Hypercare for target countries after system implementation •Collect and share feedback, lessons learnt of the implemented initiatives and projects•You have completed, minimum, a bachelor’s degree in business or master’s degree in management•Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Air Freight sector is a must have for this position.•Senior experience in project management, interacting with diverse locations across the globe.•Must be able to function in a team environment.•Proven skills working with cross-functional teams•Ability to understand technical and process challenges and be able to solve those challenges•Strong coaching and facilitation skills. •The ability to drive change •You think analytically and quantitatively, and you love working with processes•You are ready to take over responsibilities for new topics and are willing to adapt to constantly changing and dynamic work environment•You can impress others with your excellent communication and presentation skills in English
