Senior HR Strategy Development Expert (all genders)

Your role: As Senior HR Strategy Development Expert you own ideation, development and realization monitoring of the People Strategy and the HR strategy. You ensure People and HR strategy are aligned with our Group strategy and the external market and partner with the global People Board to review and update the People & HR strategy regularly. You conduct research and exchange with other companies to bring in external impulses to further develop and constantly enhance People & HR strategy. At the same time, you partner closely with a variety of internal stakeholders. You partner closely with the strategic sector HR Business Partners to understand and incorporate people priorities in the business. At the same time, you work intensively with Innovation HR to understand and incorporate the trends coming from the different innovation domains (Talent, Rewards, E&I). Furthermore, you partner close with the HR Portfolio Manager to check existing and potential new HR solutions against strategic priorities.

Who you are:

  • You hold a University degree, major qualification or MBA is a plus.
  • You have extensive (min. 5-7+ years) professional experience in transformation or consulting roles.
  • Your strong analytical skills help you to analyze and optimize process structures and solve complex problems.
  • You bring a proven track record with several years of experience in HR management and respective strategic roles (preferably in an international organization/project context).
  • You bring appropriate stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • You’re able to think bold, future-oriented and conceptually. You critically challenge the status quo.
  • You are fluent in English.
